To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course content.

Coaching sessions are eligible for a refund only if the session has not taken place yet.

If you have booked a coaching session and wish to request a refund, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
